Alex will be leading off road rides again on Wednesday evenings from 23rd April.
Meet outside SE20 cycles for ride start at 7:30pm. Aim to be back by 9:30pm.
Routes will cover 15-18 miles using local roads & woodland heading out towards Sparrows Den. Suitable for MTBs and cyclo-cross bikes.
Helmets and a good light (at least 400 lumens) are essential.
Be prepared to get muddy and get scratches from the local fauna!
All abilities welcome. Rides can be tailored to cover skills that people would like to improve e.g. roots, steps, jumps.
