Event closed for entries.This group riding session is aimed at anyone who would like to get more experience of group riding on club rides, or social rides more in general, and it will also cover some elements of ride leading and what to do if certain scenarios occur.
The session will take place on the inner track and Multi Use Game Area at Herne Hill Velodrome from 3-5pm and it is not intended to be a strenuous workout, so you can take part even if you have done a club ride in the morning.
The plan for the session is based on the feedback that ride leaders have given to the club's ride leader coordinator.
Everyone in the club is welcome to take part, whether you have just started out or you already ride with the faster groups this is for you!
It is also a good opportunity both for ride leaders to refresh their knowledge and for people who have never led a ride who may want to give it a go in the future.
The cafe will be open for hot and/or cold drinks afterwards.
