Fueling Through Menopause: Nutrition Strategies for Female Cyclists
Menopause doesn't signal the end of strong riding; it simply means the rules may be changing. As hormones shift, many women notice changes in energy, recovery, body composition, sleep, and confidence on the bike.
An informative and supportive session exploring how nutrition can help navigate these changes. Combining the latest scientific evidence with practical, everyday advice, we'll look at how to fuel rides, support muscle and bone health, optimise recovery, and maintain performance through the menopausal years. You'll leave with a better understanding of your changing body and the tools to continue enjoying cycling for years to come.
